First time visiting the salon. I was greeted well and seen to straight away. The staff member communicated with me throughout the appt and made sure of my requirements. I had SNS take off and natural manicure. The staff member was quick without rushing and took care not to damage my natural nails. The manicure included cuticle treatment, massage and nail care. Very happy with the cost and outcome. Thank you.

I booked an appointment at 2:30 and did not get seen until 40 minutes after. I would understand if I had done a walk in , however this was a scheduled appointment and was still waiting a long time. I had another beauty appointment in Dartford which I had missed just because the staff could not stick to my timed appointment. I won’t recommend booking here as they would treat you like a walk-in customer.
